A mini headshot session is for those who want to get the job done in an hour or less, and it includes one retouched photo. A standard headshot session gets you a variety of looks to promote your brand, and it includes four retouched photos. Each additional one is $45.

A fashion/portrait photoshoot includes one of:

Five edited photos;
Twenty colour-corrected photos.

Each additional fully edited photo is $50, and each additional colour-corrected photo is $10.

A $50 discount is off any session for any returning clients, kids under 18, and students involved in any acting classes.

All photos from the session can be provided at a small size for preview. Full size unedited shots are not provided.

CLOTHING

Feel free to bring a wide range of options for clothing. Whatever you feel good in. Ideally a range of different cuts, colours, and necklines. Have some fun with this, if you feel your wardrobe is missing something then go shopping and we’ll keep the tags on it in case you’d like to return the items after the shoot.

HAIR AND MAKEUP

Makeup for the session is not required but highly recommended for all women. The cost for makeup during your session is listed above and includes hair help. I’m happy to recommend hair stylists too if you need a major overhaul hair wise. Make sure you discuss this with us prior to your session, so we are all on the same page.

Makeup not recommended for men unless you have something particular in mind. A makeup artist can provide light grooming for skin and hair on the shoot for $149 if you like. My professional retouching usually covers any issues that may arise skin wise, so there are no worries in that regard. If you’d like to shoot with facial hair I’d be happy for you to come in with whatever level of growth you’d like and can shave or trim it down once we’ve gotten the scruff covered. Bring whatever grooming products you’ll need with you to get it done.

SCHEDULING AND PAYMENTS

I’m normally available for shooting Monday through Friday. Please consider not scheduling anything else close to the end of your session in case we feel we need a little more time with you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. It will of course count toward your total payment. The rest is due at the completion of your shoot. Photos are due 14 days after photos have been selected. Add $15 to each photo for 7-day express service. I work with freelance makeup artists and you will be paying them directly. The rates above do not apply to weddings or commercial assignments.

A reschedule with no extra charge can be arranged if I'm notified at least 72 hours prior to the shoot. If you reschedule within 72 hours prior to your shoot, it'll be a day of my choice (that you agree to) within the next month. If you choose to reschedule again, your deposit will no longer count and you'll need to make another deposit.

You’re more than welcome to come with your partner or friend, and I’d love to meet them. But a closed set is a strong preference for me. The photos are usually much better.
